Responsibilities: Develop the operation strategy for TikTok Indonesia. Take overall responsibility for the live - streaming management of service providers, hosts, and influencers. Analyze live - streaming data, and be accountable for the performance and profitability of TikTok Indonesia. Manage and conduct live - streaming. Be responsible for, but not limited to, live - streaming content, scene arrangement, theme and content planning, and the modification of hosts' professional language skills. Interact with fans to enhance fan stickiness. Build a team. Manage and train service providers and live - streaming teams, formulate live - streaming strategy gameplay and new host incubation plans, etc. Be in charge of the live - streaming sales of the product portfolio structure of each brand account, and plan the sales amount structure of each sales cycle category. Arrange the work of product testing, product arrangement, and product grouping in the live - streaming room according to the overall data of the live - streaming room. Plan and formulate a live - streaming ability improvement plan, arrange and track its implementation. Overall plan short - video traffic and sales targets. Coordinate and plan live - streaming room activities. Pay attention to the key factors affecting the store score every day. Be responsible for the daily tracking, maintenance, improvement, and coordination of violation scores and store scores. Be responsible for the statistical analysis of data such as advertising background delivery, short - video delivery, account consumer groups, reputation scores, and products.

Requirements: Have more than 2 years of TikTok brand operation experience or work experience on the TikTok platform. Be familiar with the TikTok live - streaming e - commerce process and basic knowledge, and proficiently operate TikTok platform promotion and traffic - guiding. Have more than 1 year of brand team management experience, and be familiar with brand operation and organizational structure building. Have fluent English communication skills. Those who understand Chinese are preferred. Be result - oriented, with strong self - initiative. Be able to quickly locate and solve problems. Have a strong ability to withstand pressure and adapt to the working rhythm of e - commerce.
