General Manager – Construction

to oversee all construction operations across multiple projects. This is a senior leadership role responsible for coordinating site managers, procurement teams, contractors, and labor to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and to high quality standards. The role requires someone with strong technical construction knowledge who can manage teams on the ground while maintaining clear oversight of project timelines, budgets, and quality. Responsibilities • Oversee multiple construction projects from site preparation through completion • Supervise and support site managers across all active projects • Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams • Ensure construction work meets structural, architectural, and quality standards • Review project timelines, S-curves, and weekly progress reports • Identify delays, risks, and inefficiencies and resolve them early • Oversee procurement planning and ensure materials are delivered according to construction schedules • Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control across all sites • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and internal design teams • Implement clear systems for site reporting, documentation, and communication • Ensure consistent productivity and accountability across all construction teams Requirements • Minimum

5 years experience in construction • Experience managing

multiple construction projects simultaneously • Background in

residential or commercial construction projects • Education in

Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture

preferred • Strong understanding of construction drawings, materials, and structural systems • Experience supervising site managers and contractors • Ability to review schedules, progress reports, and project budgets • Strong leadership and problem-solving ability Experience working in

Indonesia’s construction environment

is highly preferred.
