Responsibilities

Keep track of a project’s progress throughout all phases and ensure its successful completion before the established deadline.

Monitor expenditures and work strictly within budget constraints, providing detailed financial and progress reports for upper management.

Implement changes to teams and internal processes as and when needed to improve efficiency and project outcomes.

Compile and ensure the completeness of all project documentation, ensuring every step follows the established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Manage cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in IT project management, successfully delivering complex technical solutions.

Deep understanding of various project methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM).

Expert‑level skills in project management tools such as JIRA, Gantt Project, Asana, or Microsoft Project.

Strong ability to analyze project data, monitor budgets, and create comprehensive reports for executive leadership.

Excellent leadership, coordination, and interpersonal skills to manage team dynamics and stakeholder expectations.

A proactive approach to identifying risks and implementing effective changes to keep projects on track.
