Business Development Supervisor

Responsibilities

Identifying, developing, and reaching out to new customers and businesses. Consulting potential clients and providing solutions to every case. Develop and assist the sales team in carrying out online and offline client activities. Meeting deadlines and completing tasks assigned by line manager. Any other Sales-related tasks when required. Requirements & Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s (S1) degree. Has knowledge of Air and Ocean transport management. Having experience of working in a forwarding industry as a salesperson or customer service is preferable. Has minimum 2 years of experience in the related supervisory position. Has strong communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic and motivated. Outgoing and eager to learn new things.
