About the Role We are looking for a strong and commercially driven

Territory Manager

to act as a “Mini-General Manager” for a designated territory.

In this role, you will manage, oversee, and develop operational performance, sales growth, compliance, HSSE, and service quality across multiple fuel stations (SPBU) to ensure sustainable business performance — safely, compliantly, and customer-focused. If you are commercially sharp, operationally disciplined, and passionate about driving performance through people and partnerships — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities 1️⃣ Business & Commercial Performance Manage and monitor operational performance of sites in line with company and regulatory standards Ensure achievement of company targets: volume, margin, premium fuel penetration, and non-fuel sales growth Drive HSSE Goal Zero performance (no accidents, no leaks) Monitor and improve Customer Experience KPIs Use commercial insights and data analysis to improve profitability Negotiate and manage dealer contracts within agreed commercial parameters Conduct SWOT analysis and execute improvement plans when required

2️⃣ Site Operations & Operational Excellence Conduct structured site visits using planning and reporting tools (call cycle planning, visit reports, business reviews) Ensure full compliance with Site SOPs, company policies, and applicable regulations Oversee site maintenance programs and validate legal documentation Lead and coordinate new site opening projects

3️⃣ Dealer & Staff Management Act as the main point of contact for dealers and build strong, transparent partnerships Coach, develop, and mentor dealers and supervisors to improve performance Recognize strong performance and address underperformance quickly and fairly Implement Customer Value Proposition (CVP) and Dealer Value Proposition (DVP)

4️⃣ HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) Ensure compliance with HSSE standards with a target of zero accidents and zero leaks Report HSSE performance to Management and HSSE teams Recommend improvement programs related to site safety and environment Conduct periodic HSSE reviews across all sites

5️⃣ Organization & Stakeholder Alignment Ensure organizational alignment to support operational and business growth Define clear roles, responsibilities, and KPIs for site staff Maintain efficient workforce structure (including daily workers and outsourced staff) Promote a safe, productive, and positive work environment Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels

6️⃣ Governance & Compliance Ensure dealer operations comply with contractual obligations, legal frameworks, and Indonesian regulations Maintain accurate and up-to-date site operational documentation

7️⃣ Reporting & Market Insight Provide timely and accurate performance reports, market analysis, and operational updates to the Head of Operations and Management Deliver site and customer feedback to Head Office for continuous improvement

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field Minimum 5–8 years of experience in multi-site operations, retail, or fuel industry Strong commercial and financial acumen Experience managing dealers, franchisees, or business partners Strong leadership, coaching, and negotiation skills Good understanding of HSSE and regulatory compliance Willing to travel extensively within assigned territory
