[Key Responsibilities] Activation and monetization of high-value resources 1. Activate personal connections with banks/insurance institutions in the core market of Jakarta and lock in benchmark projects; The target customers include but are not limited to: ·State owned and regional banks: Mandiri, BRI, BNI, BTN, Bank Jatim, Bank Jateng, etc; ·Islamic banks and multi finance groups: Bank Syariah Indonesia, Bank Muamalat, BTN Syariah, Panin Dubai Syariah; ·Insurance Group: Prudential Indonesia、AIA Indonesia、Allianz Life、AXA Mandiri、Asuransi Jasindo、BPJS Kesehatan/Ketenagakerjaan Supplementary insurance partners; ·Multi financial groups: Adira Finance, FIFGROUP, Mandiri Tunas Finance, OCI Finance; 2. Directly lead the complete sales loop of at least one banking technology solution framework agreement. 3. Innovative solutions with precise positioning ·Pure sales background ·Pre sales background of the solution: able to independently complete the logical construction process from customer vague business pain points to high-level solution architecture and business value closed-loop. 4. Collaborate with the local delivery team in Jakarta and the China Manufacturing Research Center to ensure that the solution achieves the best balance between technological leadership and local adaptability.

【 Qualifications 】 Market experience and customer resources: 1. Possess experience in sales or customer relationship management for major clients in the fields of local financial technology, banking IT, insurance technology, or ICT solutions in Indonesia; 2. Directly hold verified cooperative relationships with IT general managers/deputy general managers or core business line leaders in the following institutions: ·Head Office of Indonesian State owned and Regional Banks ·Top Islamic banks and multi finance groups in Indonesia ·Headquarters of Indonesian life and property insurance companies (especially institutions that are promoting core modernization or digital channel transformation); ·Large operators/Internet platforms (those with financial sub sectors or payment licenses); 3. Directly lead/deeply participate in local banking/insurance technology procurement projects in Indonesia through personal relationships Priority channel for friendly business background 1. High priority: Existing customer resources or historical transaction records of interbank branches in Indonesia; 2. High priority: Indonesian citizens or Chinese candidates holding long-term work visas in Indonesia who have established a deep trust network in the Indonesian fintech industry; 3. Recognition background: Those who have previously served banking/insurance clients in IT service providers of local banks in Indonesia and the Indonesian Enterprise Division of international technology companies. Solution comprehension: 1. Have a clear understanding of the banking system, credit approval process, insurance core, anti fraud/anti money laundering and other technical fields, and be able to have frequent conversations with customer CIOs/architects; 2. Familiar with the procurement compliance framework of the Indonesian government and financial institutions. Language and cultural integration: 1. Indonesian native level business negotiation skills 2. Fluent in English and able to communicate complex technical concepts with global and regional headquarters as a working language; 3. Chinese is a bonus point
