Organization- Park Hyatt Jakarta Summary Ensures the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times. Provides excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate. Handles all guest customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily. Adhere to the hotel's rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to Hygiene, Health and Food Safety Implement food safety programs and procedures. Always practice safety in handling food. Performing personal and environmental hygiene in food and beverage business

Qualifications Indonesian Nationality with a degree in Hospitality or related field Has minimum 1 (One) year experience in a similar position in 5 (five) stars International Hotel Chain Previous experience in Luxury Hotel or international experience are advantages Strong in leadership and business acumen Excellent English communication skills, strong guest service mindset and people management & development skills Fluent in Mandarin is a plus
