We are looking for an experienced HRGA Manager to lead all Human Resources and General Affairs functions, ensuring smooth HR operations, strong employee support, and wellโmanaged office and facility management across the company.
Core Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all Human Resources and General Affairs operations to support company goals.
Manage endโtoโend HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and improvement initiatives.
Handle compensation and benefits administration, including payroll coordination.
Manage training and development programs to support employee growth.
Oversee General Affairs functions such as office management, assets, facilities, and company utilities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and audit requirements.
Coordinate industrial relations matters and maintain good communication with employees.
Monitor HR metrics, generate reports, and provide recommendations to management.
Support management in strategic planning related to people, culture, and organizational development.
Requirements
Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field.
10 years of experience in HR and GA, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and HR best practices.
Experience in handling General Affairs functions such as facilities, office operations, and assets.
Good leadership, communication, and problemโsolving skills.
Proficient in HR systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting.
