Are you an experienced Transfer Pricing professional fluent in Mandarin? RSM Indonesia is looking for a dynamic
Assistant Manager
to join our
Transfer Pricing
team and help deliver high-quality services to our growing client base, including multinational corporations and companies with cross-border transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage transfer pricing engagements for multinational clients.
Review and prepare Transfer Pricing documentation reports in accordance with local regulations and OECD guidelines.
Conduct benchmarking studies using databases such as Orbis and TP Catalyst.
Assist in designing and implementing transfer pricing policies and strategies.
Liaise and communicate directly with Mandarin-speaking clients, both local and international.
Support clients during tax audits and assist in dispute resolution processes.
Coordinate with RSM global network firms for cross-border engagements.
Mentor and coach junior staff within the Transfer Pricing team.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Taxation, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Transfer Pricing, preferably in a consulting or Big Four environment.
Proficient in
Mandarin (oral and written)
is a must.
Strong understanding of Indonesian and international transfer pricing regulations.
Experience with benchmarking databases and economic analysis.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple engagements.
