We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) Manager to join our team at PT. Harmoni Cakrawala Bali, a leading property development company based in Kuta Selatan, Bali. As the QS Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial success of our property development projects. This is a contract position, offering the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects in the dynamic Bali market. What you'll be doing

Manage the entire quantity surveying function, including cost planning, estimating, and contract administration Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for new development projects Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders Monitor project costs and identify opportunities for cost savings Provide regular financial reports and updates to the project management team Collaborate with the design and construction teams to optimise costs and value Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures What we’re looking for

Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role, preferably within the property development industry Proven track record of managing the quantity surveying function for large-scale hospitality or real estate development projects Excellent financial management and cost control skills Strong negotiation and contract management abilities Proficient in the use of quantity surveying software and tools Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment What we offer
