Junior Chief Accountant

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

Minimum 2-4 years of experience as Chief Accountant

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations

Experience with financial reporting and audit processes

Proficiency in accounting software (Accurate systems preferred)

Excellent analytical and leadership skills

Ability to develop and implement financial policies

Job Responsibilities:

Manage all accounting operations including bookkeeping, tax, and financial reporting

Prepare accurate monthly/quarterly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax laws

Develop and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets

Lead the accounting team and coordinate with external auditors

Analyze financial data to support business decisions

Optimize accounting processes and systems
