What you will do: Support implementing MIFX compliance strategy. Responsible for supporting preparing reports/gap analysis, detailing these laws and how the company should adjust the business as required by such laws. Ensure compliance with regulations and procedures as required by the regulator (as relevant), by keeping up to date with all changes in the regulatory framework. Supporting to review and evaluate company’s SOP/policies to identify hidden risks or common issues and provide recommendations, including ensuring corrective actions are carried out and executed properly. Stay up to date with compliance requirements for financial institutions applicable domestically and internationally. Handling internal audit and audit of authority. Actively collaborate with other divisions or departments to create a culture of compliance. Actively collaborate and build relationships with government institutions and authority i.e. Badan Pengawas Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi (Bappebti), Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK), Bank Indonesia, Futures Exchanges, Clearing Institutions, and Association. Train and educate MIFX team members on any compliance guidelines. Conduct regular assessments to determine whether policies are compliant with applicable regulations. Reporting to the Head of Legal & Compliance related pending issues, issues for discussion and issues resolved.

What you will need: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law from a reputable university Working experience in the Compliance field of financial industry with min. 1 year experience Proven experience in dealing with business licensing processes, reviewing documentation and reporting to OJK and Bank Indonesia Proven experience in compliance procedures and policies development, and compliance training. Basic knowledge of financial industry processes and regulations. Analytical skill with an end mind of regulatory and risk perspectives is a plus. Have a basic understanding of corporate compliance and good corporate governance practices, and must possess relevant experience in establishing and implementing compliance programs. Preferable to have knowledge or experience in implementing the following compliance programs, especially in the financial industry.
