QA/QC Supervisor (Refinery & Fractionation)

QA/QC Supervisor (Refinery & Fractionation) This position is for PT. Kreasijaya Adhikarya Responsible for supervising and executing laboratory operational activities during a designated shift, including quality control of raw material intake, production processes, utility systems, supporting chemicals, and shipment procedures.

Role and Responsibilities

Attend daily briefings conducted by the Head of Department (HOD) or Manager.

Perform routine analysis on production process samples, supporting chemicals, utilities, and samples from storage tanks, preshipment, after loading, flushing lines, and local delivery trucks.

Supervise the sampling process for incoming materials delivered via barge.

Prepare and standardize reagents required for analysis.

Report analysis results to the immediate supervisor and relevant departments and record findings in log sheets and the Quality Windows system.

Communicate with the supervisor and related departments when quality deviations occur to ensure timely resolution.

Inspect and maintain analytical equipment to ensure proper functionality.

Comply with workplace safety regulations by wearing PPE and supervising PPE usage by subordinates during the assigned shift.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.

Qualifications

Experience as a Quality Assurance and Control Supervisor.

Experience with quality control processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Fluency in multiple languages.
