IT Project Manager

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation for each project phase.

Coordinate cross-functional teams (internal and external) including developers, designers, and vendors.

Monitor project progress, identify risks or roadblocks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business and technical requirements.

Communicate project status, timelines, and updates clearly and regularly to all stakeholders.

Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts related to software, hardware, or IT services.

Conduct post-project evaluations and recommend improvements for future projects.

Maintain documentation for each project, including technical specifications, reports, and user manuals.

Requirements

Proven experience (3+ years) as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is a plus.

Preferred Skills

Experience in software development life cycle (SDLC).

Understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and system integration.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage.
