Finance Administration

Description Tokotype is looking for a Financial Administrator to manage and strengthen the studio’s financial and operational systems. In this role, you will establish and maintain internal administrative structures—including contracts, archives, and client/vendor databases while overseeing daily and monthly bookkeeping across income, expenses, petty cash, invoices, and consignment records. You will plan and monitor operational budgets for all Tokotype business lines, ensure full tax compliance (VAT, income tax, e‑Faktur, monthly and annual SPT), and manage business legalities such as project contracts, NDAs, and vendor partnerships. The position also involves overseeing product inventory and distribution for Physical Products across both online and offline channels, as well as supervising studio operations covering production, logistics, and exhibition activities. Additionally, you will develop and refine workflows and SOPs to improve cross‑team efficiency and create financial reports and performance analyses that support strategic decision‑making at the management level.

Qualification

Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, administration, or finance, preferably in the creative industry.

Strong understanding of accounting, bookkeeping, and taxation (VAT, income tax, SPT, e‑Faktur).

Proficient in Google Sheets and Accurate Software for financial reporting and data management.

Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to maintain the confidentiality of company documents.

Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple divisions.

Self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
