What You'll Do Ensure accurate and timely financial recording, reconciliation, and reporting in accordance with accounting standards and company policies. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to assist business decision-making. Monitor revenue, costs, and operational financial performance to ensure alignment with targets. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain financial compliance and operational efficiency. Support audit processes and ensure proper documentation and internal control practices. Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency. Contribute to financial transformation initiatives aligned with business growth objectives. What You'll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Relevant experience in Finance or Accounting roles (level may vary depending on opportunity). Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus. High integrity and professionalism in handling confidential financial information.
