Head of Export Import

Manage daily export-import operations, including loading/unloading and planning.

Ensure completeness of all documents and permits (customs clearance, quarantine, export licenses, COO, HBL, MBL, etc.).

Handle end-to-end customs processes (Manifest BC 1.1, PIB, PEB via CEISA 4.0).

Coordinate with internal teams, government agencies, vendors, carriers, and partner agents.

Communicate with customers regarding operational and administrative needs.

Supervise, coach, and guide the export-import team.

Prepare Shipping Instructions, invoices, and operational reports (daily, weekly, monthly).

Compile monthly logistics and clearance reports, control costs, and maintain documents for audits.

Develop SOPs and evaluate team performance.

Perform other duties to support company operations

Qualification Bachelor’s Degree/D3.

Minimum 5 years experience in import-export (Freight Forwarding) 2-3 year as Head Export Import.

Strong understanding of import/export procedures, documentation, and customs clearance.

Fluent in English (spoken & written).

Proactive, responsible, team-oriented.

Able to handle end-to-end import/export processes for construction materials.
