Safety Officer (Assistant Manager) - Trading - Jakarta (B-128080) Our client is a Trading Company.

Currently, they are looking for a Safety Officer (Assistant Manager).

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee occupational health & safety activities for group companies, including safety education, advisory support, and internal audits.

Lead and coordinate Kaizen (continuous improvement) initiatives across group companies.

Manage and implement BCM/BCP activities, including training programs, emergency drills, and crisis response planning.

Monitor and promote carbon neutrality initiatives and environmental sustainability programs.

Supervise and ensure proper implementation of 5S activities across departments.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in K3, Safety, Engineering, or related field.

Business level English.

Min. 8 years of experience as Safety Officer, preferably in Genba (On-site), Manufacturing, Operational.

Certified K3 (Ahli K3) from Ministry of Manpower (Dinas Ketenagakerjaan).

Has ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 19011 certification (Auditor or Awareness level).

Strong knowledge of safety procedures, risk assessment, and Business Contingency Plan.

Experience organizing safety programs/events and highly motivated to develop improvement initiatives.
