As we continue to expand our corporate partnerships and education programs, we are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Executive to grow with us.

About This Role The Owner runs businesses in the beauty and fashion industry, operating in a fast-paced and detail-driven environment.

We are seeking a highly trustworthy and organized Personal Assistant to handle both business and personal matters. This role requires strong integrity, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs, manage priorities, and ensure nothing is overlooked.

This is a high-responsibility position for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and ready to grow long-term.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and safeguard the Owner's schedule, priorities, and commitments

Ensure no task, deadline, or follow-up is missed

Handle confidential business and personal matters with full discretion

Coordinate between two office locations

Accompany the Owner to meetings and events when required

Drive the Owner when necessary

Assist across departments as a reliable generalist

Anticipate problems before they happen

Requirements

Minimum 1 year full-time professional work experience (any field)

Extremely organized and detail-oriented

High level of honesty and integrity (non-negotiable)

Able to multitask and switch between tasks quickly

Proactive and solution-oriented

Mentally resilient and calm under pressure

Comfortable handling both personal & business matters

Hold a valid driving license (SIM A) and comfortable driving as part of supporting the owner's mobility when required

Based in Jakarta and flexible to commute between two locations
