Pre‑Sales Technical Support Engineer (SaaS) Jakarta, ID

We are looking for an experienced Presales to join our team. If you have excellent programming skills and a passion for developing applications or improving existing ones, we would like to meet you. As a Presales, you’ll work closely with our engineers to ensure system consistency and improve user experience.

Responsibilities

Working with a sales team to determine solutions to customer challenges and supporting the sales team to present proposals to clients.

Providing demonstrations, POC, presentations, training, consultation and sales support services for the sales team and existing clients.

Building relationships with customers and proactively seeking new sales opportunities by developing new relationships with prospective clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology.

At least 1 year(s) of experience as Presales (Cloud).

Basic understanding of GCP Cloud technology and architecture; deeper expertise in databases, software development, managed cloud, data analytics & machine learning.

Experience in the Cloud or IT Operations and background in either enterprise IT or software development.

Fluent in English, strong presentation skills in English, and proficiency in writing technical proposals in English.
