front-end and back-end architecture and development . Conduct

code reviews

to ensure quality, performance, and best practices. Provide technical guidance on

Frameworks, Java, H5, iOS, and Android

development. Manage, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the development team (±10 developers). Coordinate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Ensure development timelines, quality standards, and technical documentation are met.

Job Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the fintech industry Strong technical skills, including experience with programming languages, database management, and cloud infrastructure Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus
