Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and commercially driven
Head of Business Development
to lead and scale our partnership ecosystem across the payments landscape.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute partnership strategies across banks, PSPs, aggregators, QRIS, VA providers, acquirers, POS/SaaS, and platform partners.
Lead end-to-end partner management including sourcing, onboarding, negotiations, and commercial structuring.
Own partner and vendor governance covering contracts, pricing, MDR, revenue share, and performance management.
Establish partner scorecards and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Risk, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure successful integrations and execution.
Lead strategic commercial negotiations including pricing models, settlement structures, exclusivity, and joint initiatives.
Stay ahead of industry trends, regulations (BI/OJK), and the competitive landscape.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Minimum
8 years of experience
in Business Development or Partnerships within fintech, payments, or financial services.
Strong experience managing partners across the payments ecosystem.
Proven commercial negotiation and deal structuring expertise.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
Business-level English proficiency.
