Job Description

Job Summary HRGA Staff is responsible for support Human Resources and General Affairs Department, as well as supporting company operations. This position plays an important role in employee administration, employment compliance, office facility management, and setting up and developing technology-based HR systems.

Education

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management / Administration / Information Systems / Informatics Engineering

HR / HRIS / IT support certification is a plus

Mandatory Fluent English (communication and writing)

Work Experience

Minimum 3-5 years as HRGA Staff

Experience managing HRIS / attendance systems

Experience handling office operational GA (assets, vendors, permits)

Internal IT support experience (basic-intermediate) is a plus

Able to drive a car or motorcycle (driver's license required)

End-to-end recruitment (screening, interviews, offering)

Understanding of Indonesian Labor Law

Office asset & inventory management

Procurement of stationery & office supplies

Facilities management & daily office operations

IT Competencies (Required / Value Added)

Managing HRIS / ERP / internal company systems

Basic troubleshooting

Computer, printer, light network

Company email, Google Workspace / Microsoft 365

Basic networking (LAN, Wi-Fi)

Data management & backup

Coordination with external IT vendors

Familiarity with

HRIS software

Digital employee database

Technical Skills

Familiarity with Google Workspace

Neat and accurate data entry & reporting

System documentation & SOPs

Soft Skills

Detail-oriented & neat administration

Problem-solving & troubleshooting mindset
