As an Administrator, you will play a crucial part in supporting the day‑to‑day operations of this dynamic company. Providing administrative support to the sales and client service teams Handling customer inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner Maintaining accurate records and databases Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations Coordinating schedules and arranging meetings Supporting the implementation of new processes and procedures Collaborating with colleagues across the organization to ensure seamless operations What we're looking for

Proven experience in a client‑facing administrative role, preferably within the client and sales administration industry Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer‑centric approach Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the overall success of the business A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure Willing to be placed in All Storage branch (Denpasar, Jimbaran, Ubud, Padang Bai) What we offer
