Site Acquisition Specialist

Requirements: Min. Bachelor's Degree (S1) i n Business Management, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Min. 3 years of experience in Site Acquisition, particularly in the Food & Beverage sector. Strong market analysis and site assessment capabilities. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. In-depth understanding of permitting processes and regulations related to outlet operations. Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and manage projects efficiently. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Willing to travel for site visits as required by the company. Willing to be placed in Kawan Lama Building, West Jakarta (Full Onsite).

Roles & Responsibilities: Research and identify potential locations that align with the company’s target market and expansion strategy. Conduct in-depth analysis of demographics, traffic, and market trends to assess site feasibility. Negotiate with property owners or agents to secure favorable lease or purchase agreements. Handle all aspects of permits and ensure compliance with local regulations before outlet openings. Work closely with internal teams such as operations, legal, and finance to ensure alignment in the acquisition process. Oversee project development until the site is operational, ensuring compliance with company standards.
