Client Manager FSI

Role Overview

HCLTech Indonesia is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to drive new business and expand client relationships across sectors in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of business development and account management, deep knowledge of technology services and solutions, and the ability to engage with C-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end sales cycles

across verticals

– from lead generation to deal closure. Develop and execute account strategies to expand business with existing customers and acquire new logos. Engage with CXOs, business leaders, and decision-makers to understand business priorities and position HCLTech’s solutions. Build a strong pipeline of opportunities and ensure accurate forecasting. Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and solutioning teams to create compelling proposals and differentiated solutions. Achieve revenue growth, profitability, and sales targets in line with organizational goals. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor landscape, and emerging technologies to position HCLTech as a trusted partner.

Required Qualifications & Skills

10+ years of proven sales experience

in IT services/solutions. Strong

hunter and farmer

capabilities – proven success in acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts. Strong understanding of technology-led solutions – Cloud, Digital Transformation, Data, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure. Demonstrated ability to manage C-level relationships and navigate complex sales cycles. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience working in the

Indonesia / ASEAN market

preferred.
