As a Supervisor, R&D at ASIA PULP AND PAPER, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's research and development efforts. This full‑time position is based in Karawang, Jawa Barat and will involve cutting‑edge work in the Manufacturing Pulp & Paper.

What you’ll be doing

Conducting in-depth research and analysis to identify new opportunities for product and process improvements

Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to develop and test innovative solutions

Analysing and interpreting data to make informed decisions and recommendations

Staying up‑to‑date with the latest industry trends and developments

Documenting and communicating research findings to key stakeholders

Supporting the implementation of new technologies and processes

Providing technical expertise and guidance to other team members

What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Chemical Analyst or Chemical Engineer.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar R&D role, preferably in the paper or manufacturing industry

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to think creatively

Proficient in data analysis and interpretation using various software tools

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams

Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work

Passion for staying up‑to‑date with the latest industry trends and technologies
