Responsibilities
Ensure the achievement of retail sales and profit targets.
Manage all retail sales activities (planning, implementation, evaluation).
Develop sales strategies based on customer experience and NPS.
Optimize average transaction size, conversion, and store productivity.
Develop and manage online sales strategies (marketplace, website, social commerce, WhatsApp, etc.).
Integrate offline-online experiences (omnichannel): click & collect, digital catalog, CRM, loyalty.
Manage online sales campaigns, digital promotions, and collaborate with the marketing team.
Manage the e-commerce team.
Business Development
Develop sales channels through collaborations with property developers and property agents.
Develop partnership schemes, pricing, incentives, and contracts.
Formulate strategic relationships for the project pipeline.
Strategic & Performance Management
Develop targets, budgets, and forecasting for omnichannel sales.
Analyze market trends, sales data, and customer needs.
Provide input for product development, bundling, and pricing.
Manage P&L for retail, online, and partnership channels.
Requirements
Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in retail chain stores (B2B2C); experience in furniture or home living industry is highly preferred.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving multi-channel growth (retail, online, partnership).
Strong experience in developing sales strategy, pricing structure, promotion programs, and incentive schemes.
Experience managing key partnerships (designers, developers, marketplace, strategic partners).
Demonstrated leadership experience in managing large sales teams, including KPI setting, coaching, and performance evaluation.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data, P&L, and budgeting reports.
Experience in sales forecasting, budgeting, and cost control.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinker with strong execution capability and result-oriented mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and sales reporting tools.
