Associate TA Sourcing Specialist (1 year contract)

Responsible for engaging with recruiters to support and complement sourcing efforts for hiring across a variety of positions Identify candidate profiles against defined requirements for an open requisition or a proactive talent pipeline for future needs, with direction from recruiters. Research, source, pre‑screen, and document candidates against requirements. Leverage multiple sourcing techniques and tools including CRM, social platforms, and Boolean search to develop slates of qualified candidates. Create customized communications to prospective leads and convert into candidates using Abbott branding and messaging. Share market intelligence data, trends, and talent landscape with recruiters to enable hiring managers to make more informed decisions. Support the hiring process such as interview arrangements, reference checks, onboarding to provide a good candidate experience. Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Minimum 2 years agency or in-house recruitment experience, focused on talent sourcing in a high volume environment. Candidates with prior experience in healthcare industry advantageous. Familiarity with research/sourcing tools (e.g. Boolean, LinkedIn and other alternative sourcing techniques) to identify & engage candidates. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization internally, as well as externally. Experience partnering with recruiters, hiring teams and external partners across different offices. Ability to contribute in a dynamic work environment and with strong organization and prioritization skills.
