Procurement Specialist

We are currently building a talent pool of experienced

Procurement Specialists .

The Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing procurement activities including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely procurement of goods and services in accordance with project requirements, company policies, and applicable regulations.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee procurement activities for goods and services to support project and company operations

Identify, evaluate, and select vendors or subcontractors in accordance with company standards and procurement procedures

Prepare

Purchase Orders (PO), Contracts, and Agreements

for procurement activities

Conduct negotiations on

price, quality, and delivery schedules

to achieve cost efficiency

Ensure procurement documentation is complete and compliant for

internal and external audits

Conduct market research to identify

new suppliers and industry trends

Monitor and track order status to ensure

timely delivery and issue resolution

Build and maintain strong relationships with

key suppliers and vendors

Identify potential risks in the procurement process and develop

mitigation strategies

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in

Engineering, Management, or related discipline

Minimum

10 years of experience in procurement , preferably in

EPC companies

Strong knowledge of

procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation

Excellent

negotiation and communication skills

Strong

analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work under pressure and manage

multiple priorities

Strong understanding of

government regulations related to importing

Fluent in

English (spoken and written)
