Senior Commercial Manager (Retail)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any major from a reputable university, minimum GPA 3.00

Minimum 15 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within retail fashion or sportswear industry.

Proficient in developing and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share in the sports and fashion retail sector.

Strong ability to identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and consumer demands.

Experienced in managing and expanding multi‑channel sales (offline stores, e‑commerce, B2B partnerships, and modern trade).

Capable of establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners to drive sales performance.

Proficient in setting and achieving sales targets, ensuring company growth objectives across various sales channels.

Strong leadership in managing and motivating the sales team, ensuring high performance, training, and development for both retail and corporate sales staff.

Ability to optimize stock management by coordinating with inventory and merchandising teams to minimize deadstock and ensure product availability.

Responsibilities
