Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline from a reputable university, with minimum GPA 3.25 (on a scale of 4.0). Minimum 1 year of professional experience is preferred. Exceptional fresh graduates with strong leadership exposure are also encouraged to apply Demonstrate leadership experience in campus, professional, or community organizations. Possesses a growth mindset, resilience, and adaptability to rapid business changes. Strong business acumen with a keen interest in banking and financial industry transformation.
