Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategies to drive user engagement and monetization in the Indonesian market.
- Analyze user behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the product management team to implement new features and optimize existing ones.
- Monitor and optimize KPIs related to spender acquisition, retention, and revenue.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions.
- Stay updated on local regulations and ensure compliance in all product features.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Media, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in mobile apps or social platforms.
- Strong understanding of the local digital market and cultural nuances.
- Experience with in-app purchases, virtual economies, and user engagement strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, proficiency in Chinese is highly preferred.
