Role Summary : This full‑time on‑site position supervises a team of desk collection agents, monitors collection activities, implements strategies to meet collection targets, and ensures compliance with regulations and company policies. The Team Leader provides support, motivation, and performance evaluation to drive efficiency and results while maintaining effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any major.

Preferred 2 years of experience as Desk Collection Team Leader.

Strong team leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a team.

Proficiency in debt collection and finance‑related processes and best practices.

Excellent customer service, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
