Purchasing Staff

Responsibilities

Processing Purchase Requests to Purchase Orders in timely manner

Actively negotiating to selected supplier/vendor/subcontractor in purchasing process

Submitting Purchase Orders to selected supplier/vendor/subcontractor

Ensuring that the needs of stakeholders are meets through goods and or/ services purchased

Selecting and evaluating suppliers, vendors, subcontractor based on company's standard

Submitting (if any) claim to supplier or vendor or subcontractor based on complaints arise due to the goods or services purchased has not met the standard in Purchase Order

Tracing the progress of goods and or/ services purchased until received in the warehouse

Establish and maintain good relationship with suppliers

Ensuring the administration process and documentation are all well processed for payment procedure

Preparing and submitting requested reports to management

Requirements

Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree in any Major field

2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh Graduate welcome to apply.

Required Skill(s): knowledge in ERP system SAP B1 and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System would be an advantage, negotiation, SRM, administration, passive English, proficient in MS office

High integrity, communicative excellent focus to details and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants must be willing to work in Slipi area, Jakarta Barat and assigned to field task
