What You Will Experience:

Sell paper products to existing customers and acquire new customers.

Identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.

Build and maintain good relationships with customers to increase retention.

Provide product information, characteristics, new product developments, and the advantages of industrial paper to customers.

Set and achieve sales targets established by the company.

Negotiate prices and sales terms with customers.

Monitor trends in the paper industry and customer needs.

Prepare visit reports, sales reports, and update information to the superior.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processes from sales, delivery, to invoicing.

What is Required:

Bachelors degree from any major, preferably reputable university

Min. 2-3 years experience in sales B2B corporate, preferably from paper manufacturing, carton box/packaging industry

Experienced in managing B2B business

Proficient to speak Mandarin in business settings.

Good communication skills and results orientation.

Disciplined, proactive, and able to work independently.

Having a good network and relationships in the related industry will be a plus.

Have 4-wheeled vehicle and be willing to use it for daily operations at work.
