Job Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly sales target; Identify the business opportunity to capture the arise opportunity.
Manage assigned Distributor and sales region, set strategic plans and in the execution of those plans for a region;
Lead Distributor in terms of POS acquisition to grow the business in the assigned territory;
Develop and maintain Retailers together with Teams to grow RELX market share in the field;
Develop field forces for excellence execution in the field covering sales and merchandising;
Co-joint with partner to develop the business plan and business review;
Make sure our partner business and profit is growing together with our brand.
Job Requirements:
Possess Degree / Professional qualification in Business Studies, Sales, Marketing or related field;
Minimum 5 years of working experience in sales management๏ผVape industry experience is a strong plus.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.Team Player;
Aggressive on target setting and always commit to the goal;
Willing to learn and willing to adapt any new approach/ new tools of doing business;
Problem solver, able to work independently and self driven;
Willing and able to travel to assigned customer sites;
Proficient in both English and local Language. Chinese is a plus
