Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jakarta for an IT Lead Business Analyst. The IT Lead Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating these needs into system solutions. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes, ensuring alignment with information technology strategies, and supporting the development and implementation of IT projects to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

Minimum 5-10 years' experience for Business Analyst / Product Owner / Product Managers and leading team Strong analytical skills Proficiency in defining and documenting business requirements, evaluating solutions and cost effectiveness Experience in optimizing and improving business processes Experience working and have deep knowledge with

and business process and implementations will good advantages Knowledge of Information Technology systems, tools, and workflows Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and work collaboratively with diverse teams Previous experience in a lead or similar role is advantageous Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or an equivalent field
