Head of Business Development – East Region

is responsible for driving business development strategies across the Sulawesi & Kalimantan area, strengthening the existing portfolio, and identifying new growth opportunities. This role will lead market expansion initiatives, develop strategic partnerships, and ensure sustainable revenue growth in alignment with the company’s regional objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies for the East Region (Sulawesi & Kalimantan)

Expand and manage the current customer and solution portfolio

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

Lead commercial negotiations and contract development

Collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regional dynamics

Achieve regional sales targets and revenue growth objectives

Lead, coach, and develop the branch's business development team

Will responsible for Makassar, Manado, Balikpapan, and other additional branches in the future

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field

Strong communication skill with excellent spoken and written in English (Mandarin will be a plus)

Proven experience (5-7 years) in business development / sales leadership, strong understanding of the Sulawesi & Kalimantan market landscape

Proven ability to analyze market and customers, to identify areas of improvement and predict future potential business.

Strategic thinking and commercial acumen

Good influencer with attractive appearance, excellent negotiator and stakeholder management skills

Ability to drive growth and deliver results in a competitive environment

Fast learner and passion for sales, high-achiever person, target oriented

Preferably resides Makassar area.
