Job Description
Support end-to-end candidate selection process by conducting sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview scheduling, and interviewing for junior level positions such as interns, apprentices, and officer level.
Maintain the candidate workflow in the ATS (Application Tracking System, current: SmartRecruiter) updated.
Support the creation of creative job adverts and other recruitment materials, including visual design.
Deliver recruitment process with emphasis on administrative support, employer branding, sourcing, and projects to provide high levels of service and quality to stakeholders and clients.
Ensure candidates receive an excellent experience.
Support PPT presentation creation, arrangement of meetings and events.
Protect the security, confidentiality, and integrity of data and files.
Qualifications
Minimum bachelorโs degree in Psychology or related field.
Fresh graduate or maximum 1.5 years of internship experience in HR Talent Acquisition.
Good oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Confident communicator both verbally and in writing with a strong command of English.
Ability to create action plans with solutions.
Proactive, positive, mature, and results-driven attitude.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferably has experience in recruitment within an organization or company and understands good sourcing approaches to attract suitable candidates.
Preferably has experience in interviewing and assessment methods or tools.
Ability to build good relationships with stakeholders.
