Under the DHL Supply Chain umbrella, one of the business units of DHL, we provide customized logistics and industry solutions in the areas of supply chain management, warehousing, distribution, value added services, and lead logistics provider services for our customers – helping them deliver better results every day.

Responsibilities

Manage the overall planning, control, status reporting, stability and project delivery.

Obtain feedback from all stakeholders at critical milestones to ensure that project efforts meet customer expectations.

Manage changing scope and project acceptance criteria.

Control resources, revenue and capital costs against project budgets.

Establish quality reviews and reporting structures inside the project team and review performance of project team members.

Requirements

Preferable having minimum 3 years' experience in projects.

Proven experience in change management, process improvement, stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.

Having good understanding on project management methodology and certified (PMP) will be an advantage.

Having good understanding of supply chain and logistics is preferable.

Having strong leadership skills, analytical, negotiation and high attention to detail.

Good in administration and reporting.

Fluent in English, both verbal and written also excellent in communication skills.

For internal applicants: minimum service period is 12 months in current position and current project.
