Senior Interior Designer

Beyond design talent, we are looking for someone who is

positive, proactive, friendly, and great at communicating. You must be comfortable discussing ideas, listening to client needs, and creating an enjoyable, professional experience during every meeting.

Lead interior concepts, mood boards, and material selections Produce high-quality 3D models and D5 Render images Prepare professional presentations for client meetings Actively engage with clients during meetings, discussions, and brainstorming Present ideas clearly, confidently, and with a positive approach Coordinate with architects, suppliers, and contractors Prepare detailed drawings and construction documentation Source materials, finishes, and furniture; manage supplier communication Minimum 5 years experience in interior design Strong skills in SketchUp, D5 Render, AutoCAD/Layout, and Adobe Suite EXCELLENT communication, attitude, and client-engagement skills (very important) Friendly, confident, and comfortable leading discussions Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently Strong attention to detail and spatial understanding Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English What We Offer Real opportunity to lead projects and grow within Istana Design Competitive salary based on experience Exciting villa, residential, and boutique commercial projects Team culture that values kindness, initiative, and responsibility How to Apply Send your CV, portfolio, and expected salary to: Subject: Senior Interior Designer – Application
