Requirements:

Minimum university degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering (preferred).

Fluent in English, spoken and written.

Minimum 3 years of experience in export sales.

Preferred 3+ years in marketing and promotion of essential oils or related raw ingredients for fragrance, cosmetics, and related industries.

Planning and analytical skills required.

Extensive sales contacts in current or related field.

Proficiency in a third language (e.g., Mandarin) is preferred.

Valid driving licence, willingness to travel and good health.

Positive attitude and perseverance.

Ability to take on challenges.

Job Description:

Develop the essential oil business both for export and local markets.

Seek out major clients and build working relationships with premier buyers in the essential oil and chemical industry.

Identify valuable emerging markets.

Accurately forecast future sales and formulate sales plans to adapt to constant market shifts, at both national and international scales.

Represent the company at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions.

Foresee and avoid stagnation in the marketplace.

Formulate sales strategies to remain competitive and innovative.

Conduct continuous analysis of the competitive environment and consumer trends.
