Marketing Manager - Retail

Main Responsibilities
Lead and manage brand building of Blue Band Core Retail driving superiority campaign of the Ad
Manage media and campaign management
Ensure strong execution in shopper insight and shopper marketing
Coaching for subordinates
Develop strong CRM for customer loyalty program with one of CRM Agency to do cross‑sell, upsell and CRM related program
Work with Sales Team for customer acquisition program
Seek partnership with e‑commerce, quick commerce Gojek and Grab for customer engagement
About You
Proficient understanding on marketing management from promoting the superiority of the product, engaging the customers, leveraging the use of social media
Very strong on digital – as Blue Band is planning to transform its engagement to its consumers and potential consumers (young mothers) via digital engagement and conversion
Good level of skills in new product development (concept testing, P&L, price strategy and customer research) and able to lead project management locally with related function and also work collaboratively with global team
Excellent communication skills with different audiences at various levels in the organization (technical and non‑technical)
Able to collaborate inter‑department for maximum output of collaborative work
Professional Skills & Experience
Minimum degree in marketing specific in general marketing
Minimum of 8‑10+ years relevant media planning and digital marketing execution experience (ideally FMCG)
Strong skills in critical thinking, data analysis and identifying and communicating marketing and audience‑led insights
Strong business acumen
Core aspects underpinning all skills: consumer empathy, creativity, analytical thinking, rigor, sharp and inspiring communication skills, complex project management skills, business planning, as well as working within an agile environment
Business thinker, deep understanding of 3 C’s (consumer, customer, competition), trends, practices, information and insights impacting the business, enabling sound decisions to be made. Can focus the team, agency and organization on the right issues to deliver targeted business results
