General Requirement Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Hospitality, or other relevant fields Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar position, with a strong track record in marketing strategy, business development, brand communication, public relations, and digital marketing Preferably experienced in the hospitality industry, especially in 4-star hotel or equivalent Proficient in designing and managing promotional campaigns, both offline and online, including social media and hotel websites Participation in training, or possession of professional certifications in digital marketing, brand management, or public relations will be a significant advantage
