Drive strategic business growth by managing key accounts, leading complex deals, and building strong executive relationships while translating solutions into clear business value for clients.
Responsibilities
Manage strategic and major accounts, leading complex and high-value deals.
Build strong relationships with executives and key decision-makers within client organizations.
Oversee solution proposal strategies in collaboration with Solution Architects.
Ensure proposals align with client business objectives.
Lead tender processes, vendor registrations, and negotiations.
Provide strategic support and coaching to Sales Executives on selected deals.
Work closely with the sales and account management teams to achieve
Requirements
Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field (any major is welcome).
Minimum 6 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
Strong networking experience with Telco Operators is preferred.
Strong skills in consultative selling, planning, organizing, and communication.
Customer-oriented mindset with strong relationship management skills.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value.
