Responsibilities

Support weekly and monthly demand forecasts using historical sales data and market trends.

Work with the Commercial team to align promotions and campaigns with demand forecasts.

Analyze demand data to identify trends, forecast accuracy, and inventory risks.

Support report and presentation preparation related to demand planning.

Assist in maintaining accurate demand data and basic forecasting tools.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

Work Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in Demand Planning or a similar role.

Experience in F&B, FMCG, or retail is a plus.

Technical Skill

Basic understanding of demand forecasting methods.

Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.

Experience with forecasting or ERP systems is an advantage.

Preferred Skill

Good communication skills.

Strong time management.

Able to work well in a team.
