Legal Manager (Corporate & Litigation)

KoinWorks is currently looking for a highly experienced and proactive Legal Manager who will be responsible for managing a broad range of legal matters across corporate, operational, and litigation processes. A background in compliance will be considered a valuable asset. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to provide practical legal solutions to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities: Advise on corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions.

Provide legal guidance on day-to-day operational matters, including contracts, agreements, and business partnerships.

Manage and oversee litigation matters, working closely with external counsel and ensuring effective case management.

Manage and oversee the legal team.

Coordinate with external legal counsel.

Identify and mitigate legal risks to the organization.

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents and contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.

Required Qualifications: 5+ years of legal experience, preferably in fintech, banking, financial services companies.

Experience working with regulators or regulated financial institutions is highly preferred.

Having a PERADI license will be an added value.

Expertise in corporate law, operational legal matters, and litigation processes.

Strong understanding of legal compliance and risk management (preferred).

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and provide clear and practical legal advice.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
