As a

Sales Consultant – Regulatory Affairs

at

PT Insightof Consulting Indonesia , you will play a key role in expanding our client base and supporting companies that want to enter and grow in the Indonesian market. You will work closely with

manufacturers, brand owners, importers, and distributors

to understand their regulatory needs and guide them toward the right compliance solutions. Our services include

BPOM product registration (cosmetics, food & beverages, and health supplements), medical device registration, distribution licenses (IDAK), CDAKB compliance, and halal certification support . Your role combines

consultative sales with regulatory understanding , helping clients successfully navigate Indonesia’s complex regulatory system. Key Responsibilities

Business Development

Proactively identify and approach potential clients including

local and international manufacturers, distributors, and brand owners Generate new leads through

cold outreach, industry events, digital channels, and professional networks Build relationships with companies planning to

register products or expand their business operations in Indonesia Client Consultation

Conduct

needs assessments

to understand each client’s regulatory objectives and challenges Advise clients on suitable regulatory pathways such as: BPOM Cosmetic Product Notification Food & Beverage Product Registration Health Supplement Product Registration IDAK (Medical Device Distribution License) CDAKB Compliance Halal Certification preparation Provide professional guidance on

documentation requirements, process timelines, and regulatory risks Prepare and present

tailored regulatory service proposals Clearly communicate

processes, timelines, and project scope Negotiate service agreements and close deals with new clients Client Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout their regulatory journey Act as a

trusted advisor , ensuring clients receive timely support Identify opportunities for

additional regulatory services or new product registrations Internal Collaboration

Work closely with the

Regulatory Affairs team

to ensure accurate project scoping and smooth project handover Share client insights and market feedback with the

marketing and management team Contribute to the development of

sales materials, case studies, and educational content What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in

Business, Law, Pharmacy, Public Health, or related fields Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Experience in

sales, business development, or consultative roles

is a plus, especially in: regulatory consulting pharmaceutical, cosmetics, or consumer product industries professional services Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to

explain complex regulatory topics clearly Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to

identify client needs and propose practical solutions Familiarity with Indonesian regulatory authorities such as

BPOM, Ministry of Health (Kemenkes), or Halal certification systems

is an advantage Self-motivated and able to work both
