Job Title Sales Marketing Manager (Air Minum Dalam Kemasan)

Location South Jakarta, Jakarta, ID

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field.

At least 3-5 years of working experience in the fields of

Marketing and Communications in Food & Beverage industry .

Good analytical skills, good listener, able to respond to results and consumer research.

Drive for results and leadership skills.

Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.

Highly creative with ability to think out of box.

Strong analytical skills and data‑driven thinking.

Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets.

Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.

Ability to work well with a wide range of people from different parts of the business and to manage different projects at the same time.

Energetic and passionate about product speciality, organized and methodical.

Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.

Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.

Up‑to‑date with latest trends and marketing best practices.

Responsibilities

Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.

Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media.

Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go‑to‑market strategies.

Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.

Expert in sales, marketing and strategic brand development and activities.

Planning & develop communication coverage to increase brand’s value.

Plan and manage marketing budget with post evaluation analysis.

Monitor and identify market trends.

Experience with digital marketing and social media.

Overseeing and working together with Design Team to develop successful communication tools.

Coach the team and get the best from everyone.

Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.

Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy.

Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.

Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.

Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics.
